In welding, painting, anti-rust treatment, processing, etc., it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the disadvantage that one side is not coated with zinc, there is another galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet.
Electro-galvanized steel sheet. The galvanized steel sheet produced by the electroplating method has good workability. However, the coating is thin, and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of the hot-dip galvanized sheet.

Answer: Normally, the thickness of the iron sheet is 0.3-2.0mm, and it also can be customized according to the customer’s request

Answer: The size can be cut precisely according to the size the customer needs, the precision can reach 0.01mm.
Q3: What is the tolerance of the Steel sheet?
Answer: The tolerance of the steel sheet is ±0.025mm
Q4: What was the packing like when you delivered the goods?Can you protect the product from scratch?
Answer: we will use mdf board to separate the delivery, to ensure that the product surface will not produce scratch.
Q5: How should the surface dirt be cleaned during use?
Answer:
A. If only the surface of the door has dirt to adhere to, then wipe with soapy water can.
B. If you want to remove the mark or tape mark on the door, you can wipe it with warm water and then with alcohol.
C. If there is dirt such as oil stains on the surface, it can be directly swabbed with a soft cloth and then washed with ammonia solution
D. there are rainbow lines on the door surface, which may be caused by too much oil or detergent. Rinse with warm water.
E. If there is rust on the surface, it can be cleaned with 10% nitric acid, or with a special maintenance solution F. Must Phosphating Before Infilling
